10:00 am – The Business of Show Business in 2023 – Veteran actor Mike Pniewski (BOUND) and producer Jeremiah Bennett (Georgia Production Partnership) discuss how to successfully navigate the business of show during our current, transitional era.

11:00 am – You Made a Film! Now What? Navigating Festivals and the Distribution Market  – Producers Jaye Pniewski (BOUND) and Cindy Abel (SURVIVING THE SILENCE) lend their insight into the timeless challenge of getting your work in front of an audience.

100 Years of 16 mm (1923 – 2023): The History of the Format & Getting Started with 16mm Film – Mike Brown (Kodak Film Lab Atlanta)

Join Mike Brown from Kodak Film Lab Atlanta for a creative and educational session of learning all about the16mm celluloid format, celebrating 100 years since its introduction, 1923-2023. This workshop will cover the history of this format, how to get started using 16mm film and the cameras available as well as demonstrate film loading and filming exercises.

Six students who went on the Film in Italy trip last summer share their experiences and samples of the work they produced. Heather Roberts, Jayce Keck, Andrew Byrd, Mark Harris, Daniel Kumi, and Anna Mulhall will all participate and help you learn more about the 2024 Film in Italy trip.

Max Bentley and Madeleine Pearson of Bentley Media, Brad Kennedy and Luke Pilgrim from Sozo Bear Films, and Katie Ivey and Cole Ferguson of Theory Two Productions/Glass Table Film will all participate.
